The Kingdom Empire Conference

Vendor Application

We’re excited to invite vendors to participate in Kingdom Empire Conference 2026, taking place April 23–25, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas – Love Field, located at 3300 W Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75235.


The vendor participation fee is $225 and includes one 8-foot table and two chairs in our designated vendor area.


This conference brings together entrepreneurs, business owners, ministry leaders, creatives, and community partners from across the country, offering a dynamic environment to showcase your products and services, build meaningful connections, and expand your brand visibility.


Please note: Food and beverage vendors are not being accepted at this time.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable and must be made in full before the event.


  2. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors must adhere to setup/breakdown times and provide their own table covers, signage, and marketing materials. Vendors must be present for the entire duration of the event.


  3. Liability: The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.


  4. Marketing & Branding: By participating, vendors grant permission for their logo and branding to be used for event promotions.


  5. Event Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, venue, or structure due to unforeseen circumstances.


  6. Compliance: All participants must comply with venue regulations and conference guidelines.
