Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable and must be made in full before the event.
Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors must adhere to setup/breakdown times and provide their own table covers, signage, and marketing materials. Vendors must be present for the entire duration of the event.
Liability: The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.
Marketing & Branding: By participating, vendors grant permission for their logo and branding to be used for event promotions.
Event Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, venue, or structure due to unforeseen circumstances.
Compliance: All participants must comply with venue regulations and conference guidelines.
